Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patient examinations and scheduled medical and surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. However, emergencies shall always receive top priority and our clients will be immediately accommodated. 

 

What is a "drop off" appointment?

We value your time and know that you have a full schedule.  We offer "drop off" service so that we are able to care for your pet promptly should they suddenly become ill or injured.  This helps our patients when they need immediate treatment and minimizes your time in the waiting room.  A "drop off" means you bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us.  Once the veterinarian has examined your pet, you will be contacted to go over the preliminary findings and discuss further diagnostics and/or treatment plan.

 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Check. If you would like an estimate for services, we would be happy to provide one.



Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
